The MND Association is proud to be the organiser of the annual International Symposium on ALS/MND, the world’s largest conference dedicated to ALS and MND research. The Symposium provides excellent opportunities for businesses to participate in the most important ALS/MND related event of the year, whilst being visibly associated with the major health and research funding organisations in the field.

SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES

We are pleased to announce publication of the Sponsorship Prospectus below for the 35th International Symposium on ALS/MND.

After the success of the 2023 Symposium in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking forward to this year’s meeting in Montreal, Canada. We are once again offering a variety of options for sponsors and exhibitors that will suit many different needs and budgets.

 SPONSOR RECOGNITION PROGRAMME

Our Sponsor Recognition Programme recognises and rewards sponsors who choose to support the International Symposium on ALS/MND on a long-term basis. The more years a sponsor continuously supports the event, the greater their rewards will be! Click here for more information about the programme.

HOW TO SECURE SPONSORSHIP OR EXHIBITION SPACE

Things to know

  • Reserving your chosen sponsorship option or exhibitor table is easy, just complete the reservation form that will be published on this web page (details above).
  • Sponsorship will be allocated to those who are first to successfully submit their reservation form for a particular option.
  • If you are unable to access the reservation form for your chosen option, it is possible it has already been reserved and is no longer available. However, all potential sponsors are given 20 minutes to complete their forms once they access them (to avoid duplicate reservations) so it is worth checking back to see if your choice might have become available again. Alternatively, you can contact the Symposium Partnerships Coordinator (see below).
  • We are expecting some items to be in high demand (particularly the Headline packages and Exclusive Options) so we would encourage you to secure your preferred option(s) early, to avoid disappointment.
  • In case your first choice is not available, we would recommend having a ‘second choice’ in mind.

What happens next?

The Symposium Partnerships Coordinator will liaise with those successful in reserving sponsorship to discuss the next steps, including the issuing of our Sponsorship Agreement and terms of payment.
