Dr Dilraj Singh Sokhi

Dr. Sokhi is an Associate Professor of Neurology at the Aga Khan University, Nairobi (Kenya). He did his post-graduate training in neurology in Sheffield, UK, which is a globally renowned ALS referral site. As part of his training, he also undertook an academic clinical fellowship and was involved in basic science research involving SOD-1 mutant mice.
He is the Nairobi site co-Principal Investigator for a multi-centre research project funded by the ALS Association via University of Cape Town (South Africa). He is working with the International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations to set up a patient support group for ALS in Kenya.
