Registration Information and FAQs
There are no reduced rates for students. We advise that they register before 5 September to get the early bird rate of £450.
Yes, all in-person registration includes access to the virtual event platform where delegates will be able to access post-event, on demand content. A unique link to the platform will be emailed to delegates after the in-person event. On demand content will be available for three months after the Symposium.
A virtual registration allows access to our Symposium virtual platform. You will be able to watch selected sessions live throughout the day (sessions are pre-determined by the event organisers). Additionally it offers full access to the virtual poster hall and on-demand access to all sessions for up to three months.

Yes, to add contacts to a group booking, go back into the registration form and sign-in as the group contact. On the summary page there will be an "edit group" option, which will allow you to change from an individual registration to a group, or to increase the number of delegates in your group. Please do not write over an existing contact as this will change the existing contact details and not count as a new registration.
