Talk title
"Protein dysregulation in ALS"

Dr. Bosco’s scientific career began with a PhD in bio-organic chemistry from Brandeis University and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Scripps Research Institute, where she studied protein dynamics and misfolding in the context of neurodegeneration. Prior to joining the neurology faculty at the University of Massachesetts, Dr. Bosco was an instructor at Harvard Medical School, where she began working on ALS.

Currently, the Bosco laboratory uses use a multidisciplinary approach involving protein biochemistry, cell biology and mouse models for investigating pathogenic proteins associated with ALS and FTD.
