Associate Professor Bradley Turner

Associate Professor Bradley Turner is an Australian NHMRC Dementia Research Leadership Fellow and Head of the MND Laboratory at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, University of Melbourne. He is a neuroscientist who graduated from the University of Melbourne and trained with Professor Kevin Talbot at the University of Oxford.

He leads a large multidisciplinary research team investigating the molecular basis of MND with a focus to develop effective drug, immune and gene therapy approaches.  His group uses a combination of MND patient-based cell and mouse models for disease modelling and drug discovery.
